Team training and handoff, so your clinic runs its own marketing
We fix your marketing once. Your team runs it from there. That only works if your team knows how.
Every project ends with a live training session, written playbooks for the jobs that repeat each week, and every login and file handed over in your clinic’s name. No mystery, no lock-in.
- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.
Read the FAQ - No patient information needed
We work on your website, profiles and settings. Patient records stay in your clinic.

Good work fades when nobody knows how to keep it up
An online profile goes stale. Review requests stop when a new person starts at the front desk. Social posts dry up after a busy month. None of this is a failure of effort. It is a missing routine.
A short, clear playbook and an hour of training fix that. Your team knows what to do each week, how long it takes and where to find the files.
What training and handoff cover
A live training session
For the people who will run it, at a time that suits the clinic. We walk through each routine on your real accounts.
Written playbooks
One short page per routine: the online profile, review requests and replies, booking and the front desk call, social posts and the newsletter.
Your front desk playbook
The greeting, the path to two specific times, missed-call follow-up and common questions, in your clinic’s voice. See Front desk calls.
A 90-day social plan
What to post, when and with which template, so your team is never starting from a blank page. See Social media.
Every login and file
Your domain, website, online profile, analytics, ad account, templates and photos, all in your clinic’s name, with a list of where everything lives.
A follow-up check
A short check after handover to answer questions once your team has tried the routines.
How the handoff works
1. Build
We finish the project work and test it.
2. Write the playbooks
Short, plain and specific to your clinic and your accounts.
3. Train
A live session with your team, on your real accounts.
4. Hand over
Every login, file and playbook, and the list of where everything lives.
5. Check in
A follow-up to answer questions after your team has run the routines.
How training fits the two ways to work
Fix it once
Training and handoff close every one-time project. After that, your team runs it.
We manage it
Our monthly plan covers your website, so we keep the site current while your team runs the rest with the playbooks. See Website management.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
Part of step 4: know what works
Your team needs to know what to do and how to tell whether it is working. See step 4: know what works, alongside strategy and planning and reporting.
Questions owners ask
Who should attend the training?
Whoever will run each routine. Often that is the owner and one or two people from the front desk.
How much time does it take each week?
It depends on what you run. The playbooks say how long each routine takes, so you can decide what fits.
What if someone new starts?
The playbooks are written so a new team member can follow them. The training can be recorded if you want.
Do we keep everything if we stop working with you?
Yes. Every account is in your clinic’s name. Anything licensed from a third party stays under its own terms.
