Chiropractic social media marketing that sends patients to your booking page
Posting is easy. Posting something that leads to a booked first visit takes a plan. We keep your Facebook and Instagram pages active, honest and connected to the way patients book.
It is built for solo clinics, growing practices, multi-location groups and new clinics that want to look active and real, without giving up evenings to a content calendar.

1. Social supports the basics
We check your online profile, booking path and pages first. Social works best when it has something solid to point to.
2. 33% and 26%
In our scan of 21,478 physio and chiro homepages, 33% of physio sites and 26% of chiro sites had no online booking we could find. How we counted.
3. Your accounts stay yours
Your Facebook page and Instagram account stay in your clinic’s name. We work as managers.
4. You approve every post
Nothing goes out without your yes.
Why social media matters, and where it fits
Many new patients find a clinic through a Google search, not a feed. Social media rarely brings a first visit on its own. What it does well is keep your clinic familiar to the people who already know you: current patients, their families and the neighbours who see your name often enough to remember it when they need you.
It also does a quiet job. A patient who finds you on Google often checks your Facebook or Instagram before booking. They want to see whether the clinic is active, who works there and whether it looks like a place they would feel comfortable. That check takes fast, and it happens before the booking, so a quiet or neglected page can cost you a visit you never knew you were in the running for.
1. Built for trust
Real photos, real staff and useful answers show a stranger what the clinic is like before they walk in.
2. Built for memory
Regular, friendly posts keep your name in front of patients who may need you later, or who may recommend you.
3. Built for booking
Every profile and post points to your Book online page, so a patient who is ready can book in a tap.
None of this needs a big following. A small, local page that looks cared for and answers real questions does more for a clinic than a large one full of generic quotes.
What’s included
1. A simple plan
One or two channels that suit your clinic, usually Facebook and Instagram, and a posting rhythm you can keep up.
2. Profile set-up and clean-up
Name, photo, bio, hours, address and booking link, checked on both channels and matched to your online profile.
3. Monthly posts
Short, useful, human posts written in your voice and scheduled for you after you approve them.
4. A photo routine
A short list of the photos we need from you each month, taken on a phone, with permission from anyone in them.
5. A reply routine
How to answer comments and messages, who answers, and how quickly. We draft replies for you to approve.
6. A monthly report
One page in your report: reach, messages and booking-link clicks from social. How reporting works.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
Rules, privacy and platform details
Social media is public advertising in your regulator’s eyes, and it is easy to say too much. This is where we are careful.
1. Patient stories and photos
We never post a patient’s story, photo or name without written permission. Even with permission, we ask whether it fits your regulator’s guidance on testimonials.
2. Claims and outcomes
No cure language, no promises of outcomes and no before and after claims. Rules vary by college and board, so we check posts against yours.
3. Comments and messages
A public reply that confirms someone is a patient, or mentions their care, can break privacy rules. We draft replies that stay general and move the conversation to a phone call or your booking page.
4. Giveaways and followers
We do not buy followers, and we do not run giveaways that could put your regulator standing at risk.
5. Platform policies
Facebook and Instagram have their own advertising and content policies, and they change. We check the current policy pages before we do anything beyond ordinary posts, and we tell you if a rule affects your account.
What we write or set up for you
1. The posts
Answers to questions patients ask in the treatment room, general movement tips, team introductions, seasonal reminders and first-visit information.
2. The captions and links
Short captions in your voice, each pointing to your Book online page rather than a generic homepage.
3. The profile copy
A clear bio, a booking link and a short description of who you treat, matched across Facebook and Instagram.
4. The reply drafts
Drafts for comments and messages, written to be warm and brief, for your approval.
5. Seasonal and local posts
Snow shovelling in winter, gardening in spring, running season in the autumn. Posts tied to your area and the time of year sound like your clinic and not like a template.
6. A first-visit post series
A short run of posts that explain what happens at a first visit, what to wear, how long it takes and how to book. Patients who feel nervous about the first appointment need this most, and it is the post they are likely to share with a friend.
Platforms and tools we work with
- Facebook and Instagram. Your clinic’s own pages and accounts, with us added by invitation.
- Meta Business Suite. To schedule posts and read basic results.
- Google Business Profile. Matched to your social profiles so hours, address and booking link agree.
- Jane and Cliniko. We work with Jane and Cliniko. Using something else? Tell us. We link to your booking page; we never need patient records.
- Your phone. Photos from your phone are better than stock graphics.
Built to convert
1. A link that works
Every profile and post points to your Book online page, and we test the link on a phone.
2. Posts that answer questions
A post that answers a question patients really ask is more useful than a generic tip.
3. A first-visit explainer
Many people worry about what a first visit involves. A short post that explains it removes a reason not to book.
4. A quick reply
A message left unanswered for days loses the patient. We help you set a response routine.
5. Real photos
Photos of your clinic and your team beat stock graphics because patients can tell the difference.
6. One clear next step
Each post ends with one thing to do: book, call or read a page. A post with five calls to action gets none of them.
How it works
1. Marketing audit
We look at your online profile, booking path, pages and social profiles, and send a short written report. It tells you whether social is worth your time yet.
2. Plan
If social makes sense, we agree on the channels, the rhythm and the kinds of post.
3. The fixed set-up
We tidy your profiles and build the first month of posts for one fixed price, quoted in writing before you sign.
4. Your approval
You read the posts, change anything and send the photos we asked for. Nothing goes out without your yes.
5. Launch
We schedule the first posts and set up the reply routine.
6. Monthly care (optional)
Each month we plan, draft and schedule posts, and send one report. Plan on a short monthly check-in to approve posts and send photos. Stop any time.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
After launch, or ongoing care
Social media works through steady, ordinary posting. Monthly care means the posts keep going even in the busy weeks.
- A short topic plan based on your season and your schedule
- Drafted posts and captions for your approval
- Scheduling on Facebook and Instagram
- Draft replies to comments and messages, for your approval
- A check that profile details and booking links are still right
- One page in your monthly report: reach, messages and booking-link clicks
Why work with us
1. Built for private practices
We work with private practices, physio and chiro first, plus dental and optometry, so the post ideas, the wording and the rules are the ones you face.
2. Our own scan
We checked 21,478 physio and chiro homepages ourselves, so we know where first visits get lost before social media comes into it.
3. You own every account
Your Facebook page, Instagram account, online profile and website stay in your clinic’s name. We work through invited access.
4. Nothing goes live without your approval
Every post and reply waits for your yes.
5. Plain monthly reports
One page in plain language: what went out, what people did and what we changed.
6. Checked against regulator rules
We check posts against your regulator’s published guidance and flag anything risky. We do not give legal advice.
If you post but nothing books, something’s missing
Posting is rarely the problem. These are the six gaps we look for first.
1. No booking link in the bio
The profile says “call us” and nothing else. A patient who is ready cannot book.
2. Posts that could belong to any clinic
Generic stock graphics and quotes say nothing about your clinic. Patients scroll past.
3. Long gaps between posts
A page that was last updated months ago makes a clinic look closed.
4. Unanswered comments and messages
A patient who asks a question and hears nothing books somewhere else.
5. Risky wording
Cure language, before and after claims and patient stories can break your regulator’s rules. We check for these.
6. No link to the rest of the path
If your online profile or booking page is weak, social sends people to a dead end. We fix the basics first.
Questions owners ask
Will social media bring us new patients?
Sometimes, but not usually first. Many new patients come from Google. Social keeps you visible and makes you look active and real to anyone who checks you out.
We have no time to post. Can you do it?
That is the point. We draft, you approve, we schedule. Plan on a short monthly check-in to approve posts and send photos.
Which channels do you manage?
Facebook and Instagram. If you want something else, ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Can you do video or Reels?
Not for now. We focus on photos and written posts. If you film your own, we can help you plan what to post.
Is it safe regarding advertising rules?
We check posts against your regulator’s published advertising guidance. Final approval is yours, and we do not give legal advice.
Can we post patient stories or testimonials?
That depends on your regulator, and it needs the patient’s written permission. Some regulators restrict testimonials. We do not post patient stories, photos or names without permission.
Should we run paid social ads?
Usually not at first. Fix the basics, then decide. Facebook and Instagram have their own ad policies for health topics, so if ads make sense, we check the current rules and tell you.
What if we have no following?
That is fine. We start with your existing patients and neighbours and build from there.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. They stay in your clinic’s name and we work through invited access.
Do you need patient information?
No. We work on your public pages, your website and your booking link. Patient records stay in your clinic.
What if a patient leaves a comment about their treatment?
Reply in general terms, and do not confirm they are a patient. We draft a reply for you and suggest moving the conversation to a call or a message.
How do we know if it is working?
Your monthly report shows reach, messages and booking-link clicks from social. We do not promise a number of patients.
Social media by clinic type or stage
1. New clinic
Few people know you yet. We start with the profile, a simple introduction to the team and a first-visit explainer, then build a steady rhythm of local, useful posts.
2. Solo or small clinic
You are the practitioner and the marketer. We keep the plan small: one or two channels and a realistic rhythm, with posts drafted for you to approve in a few minutes.
3. Growing clinic
New practitioners and services need introducing. We plan posts around who is joining, what you now offer and who you want to see more of.
4. Multi-location group
Each location needs a local voice, with one clear standard. We plan a shared calendar and adapt it for each clinic’s neighbourhood and team.
5. Existing but quiet pages
You have pages, but they have not been updated in months. We tidy the profiles, set a rhythm you can keep and start again without a big announcement.
