Step 4: know what works
Many clinic owners can tell you how full the schedule felt last month. Few can tell you why. The numbers live in four places: Google, the website, the booking software and the front desk. Nobody has time to line them up.
This step lines them up. A written plan before any work starts, tracking that counts calls and bookings properly, one plain report a month, and a team that knows how to keep it all running.

- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.
Read the FAQ - No patient information needed
We work on your website, profiles and settings. Patient records stay in your clinic.

What “know what works” means for your clinic
It means you can answer three questions in five minutes, any month:
- What did we change? A short list, in plain words.
- What happened? Calls, booking requests and booking-link clicks, from accounts in your clinic’s name.
- What do we do next? One or two changes, and why. You can say no to any of them.
Without counting, you are guessing
A busy month and a quiet month look the same in a report full of impressions and reach. What matters to your schedule is a shorter chain: search, find you, trust you, book.
We hold ourselves to the same standard. Every figure on this site comes from our own scan of 300,000+ clinic websites, with 81,024 Canadian and US homepages read in detail, and we publish how we count. Where a number is an estimate, we say so. Your report works the same way.
How we make the numbers useful
1. Plan before we build
After the audit, we write down which patients you want more of, which services have room in the schedule and what we will fix first. You approve it before any work starts.
2. Set up tracking properly
Analytics, the booking button, the phone link and the contact form, all marked as things to count, in accounts in your clinic’s name.
3. Respect consent and privacy
Tracking follows the visitor’s cookie choice. We keep tracking off pages that hold health information, and we never send patient details to Google or Meta.
4. Take a baseline
Month one is a starting picture, so every later month has something to compare against.
5. Report on one page
Calls, booking requests and booking-link clicks first. First visits too, if your clinic shares the count. Estimates labelled as estimates.
6. Train your team to run it
A live session and written playbooks, so your team knows what to do each week, and can check any number themselves.
The services in step 4
Strategy and planning
A written plan, built from the audit, that says what to fix first and what to leave alone. See Strategy and planning.
Analytics and tracking
GA4, call tracking and booking-link tracking, set up in your clinic’s name and consent-aware. See Analytics and tracking.
Reporting
One page a month in plain words: what we changed, what we can count and what is next. See Reporting.
Team training and handoff
A live training session, playbooks and every login handed over, so your team can run what we built. See Team training.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
How step 4 fits the two ways to work
Fix it once
Every project starts with the written plan and ends with tracking set up, a baseline report, a live training session and a full handoff. Your team runs it from there.
We manage it
Our monthly plan covers your website, and includes one short monthly report in plain words. We test your booking and contact paths every month, so the numbers keep counting. See website management.
Step 4 of 4
- 1. Get found. Patients nearby see your clinic first. Get found.
- 2. Win the visit. Your site, booking and reviews turn a look into a booked first visit. Win the visit.
- 3. Bring patients back. Newsletters, social posts and the front desk keep your schedule full. Bring patients back.
- 4. Know what works. A plan, honest tracking and one plain report a month. You are here.
Questions owners ask
Can you tell which patients came from marketing?
Partly. Calls and booking requests can be tracked in many cases. Walk-ins and word of mouth are harder, so we give your front desk one question to ask new patients and include the answers.
Do you see patient records?
No. We work from counts and settings, not patient records. The report shows counts, not people.
Will the numbers go up every month?
No one can promise that. Clinics have quiet months. We promise honest reporting, and a clear change when something is not working.
Who owns the analytics account?
Your clinic. Every account is in your name, and we use invited access.
