More than one location? Make each one easy to find.
A patient does not search for your group. They search for the nearest clinic. When each location has its own accurate profile, its own page and a booking path that works, the right clinic shows up for the right patient. We check each location and send you a short written report, noting how your locations compare where useful.
- Numbers you can check

What we look at
The same five areas as every audit, checked location by location. The differences between locations are often where the useful findings are.
1. Your Google profiles
One profile per location that meets Google’s rules, each with its own address, hours, categories and photos of that clinic. We look for duplicates, profiles pointing to the wrong address, and details that do not match across your site, profiles and directories.
2. Your website on a phone
A dedicated page for each location: address, map, parking, hours, practitioners, services and a booking button for that clinic. We check each page reads as its own page, not a copy with a new address.
3. Ads and social
Whether ads and posts point patients to the right location, and whether anyone can tell what they produce for each one.
4. Your reviews
How many each location has, how recent and whether anyone replies. One strong location can hide a weak one in a group average. We note what your regulator’s guidance may allow you to show.
5. Booking and calls
We walk through booking a first visit at each location on a phone, up to the final step and without submitting. We check that each page opens that location’s booking and that calls reach the right clinic.
For reference, in our scan of 81,024 clinic homepages in Canada and the US, 44% had no online booking we could find and 68% showed no star rating or review count. How we counted.
What you get back
A written report in 3 business days, sent to your inbox:
- A section for each area above, with what we saw, what to change and the priority.
- Notes on how your locations compare, where that helps you see the gaps.
- A fix order. What applies to every location (do it once) and what is specific to one (do it where it matters).
The report is yours to keep. You can use it with us or without us.
How it works
- The audit. Send your clinic name, website, the list of locations and your email, plus the booking software you use, if any. We send the report. No card, and no call unless you ask for one.
- The fixed fix. If you want help, we quote the work in writing as one fixed price, with the scope and timeline spelled out. A group with many locations takes longer than a single clinic, and we say so up front. Nothing goes live without your approval.
- After the fix. Your team runs it from there, with the playbook and training we leave behind. If you want, We manage it keeps your website looked after month to month (website only). You can stop any time.
We do not need patient information and will not ask for it. We look at your public website, your public Google profiles and your booking pages as a patient sees them.
Questions owners ask
Q: How many locations is this for?
Two or more. If you have two clinics, you already have the duplicate-details and booking-path problems, in a smaller form. If you have many, send the list and tell us if you want us to start with a few.
Q: Do all locations need their own page and profile?
If patients can walk in, usually yes. Google has its own rules on which locations qualify for a profile, and we point out any that may not rather than guess. We point out any location that may not qualify for its own profile.
Q: Can you manage all our locations from one place?
We can cover several locations in one plan. Tell us what you have. You keep ownership of every profile, the site and the booking account.
Q: Do you need patient information to report on locations?
No. We use public information and the booking and call counts you choose to share. We never ask for patient names, notes or lists.
Q: What does the audit take from me?
About a minute to fill in the form. The audit is free. You get the written report in 3 business days, with no call and no obligation. If it shows work you want help with, we would like the chance to quote it. That is the whole catch.
