Step 1: get found by patients nearby
A new patient starts with a search on a phone. “Physio near me.” “Dentist open Saturday.” “Back pain chiropractor.” Google shows a map and three clinics. If yours is not one of them, the rest of your marketing never gets a chance.
This step makes sure the patients near you can find you: on the map, in search results and, where it pays, in ads.

- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.
Read the FAQ - No patient information needed
We work on your website, profiles and settings. Patient records stay in your clinic.

What “get found” means for your clinic
Being found is not a ranking report. It is a patient near you, with a problem today, seeing your clinic’s name before they see a competitor’s.
That happens in three places:
- The map. Your Google profile, with the right categories, real photos, current hours and a booking link.
- Search results. A page on your site for each main thing you treat, so “sciatica physio” lands on a sciatica page, not your homepage.
- Ads. Search ads in your own Google account, used when you need patients faster than search alone will bring them.
Being found only pays if the visit gets booked
We have scanned 300,000+ clinic websites and read 81,024 Canadian and US clinic homepages in detail. 44% had no online booking we could find. 51% had no tap-to-call link.
So a clinic can do well in search and still lose the patient one tap later. That is why step 1 never runs alone. Every page and profile we work on points to one clear way to book, and step 2 makes sure that way works.
How we get your clinic found
The same order every time. The quick, sure fixes first; the slower work after.
1. Search like a patient
We search for your clinic and your main treatments from your area, on a phone. We note who shows up, who does not, and why.
2. Fix the Google profile first
Categories, services, hours, description, photos and a booking link. It is often the quickest change you can make, and it stays in your clinic’s name.
3. One page per main condition
We start with the three things you treat most. Each page says what you do, who it is for, what the first visit involves and how to book.
4. Make your details match
Name, address and phone details the same on your site, your profile and the directories patients use. Mismatches make search engines less sure of you.
5. Ads only where they pay
A new clinic, a new location, a service with room in the schedule. We run search ads in your own account, within Google’s health advertising rules, and you approve every ad.
6. Count what search brings in
Calls from your profile, booking-link clicks and booking requests from search. Not a long list of keyword positions.
The services in step 1
Local SEO
Your Google profile, map listing and a page for each condition and area you serve. See Local SEO.
Google Ads
Search ads that land on a page where a patient can book, run in your clinic’s own Google account. See Google Ads.
Content marketing
Plain answers to the questions patients search for, checked by your clinicians before anything goes live. See Content marketing.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
How step 1 fits the two ways to work
Fix it once
We set up your Google profile, write the condition pages, fix your details across the web and, if you want ads, build the first campaigns. Then we train your team to keep the profile current and hand over every login.
We manage it
Today, our monthly plan covers your website only. That includes keeping your condition pages current and adding new ones when you add a service. Your Google profile and ads stay with your team after the project, with the playbook we leave behind. See website management.
Step 1 of 4
- 1. Get found. Patients nearby see your clinic first. You are here.
- 2. Win the visit. Your site, booking and reviews turn a look into a booked first visit. Win the visit.
- 3. Bring patients back. Newsletters, social posts and the front desk keep your schedule full. Bring patients back.
- 4. Know what works. A plan, honest tracking and one plain report a month. Know what works.
Questions owners ask
How long until we show up on the map?
Fixes to your Google profile can show an effect within weeks. New pages usually take months, and depend on your area and your competition. Nobody honest can promise a ranking.
Do we need Google Ads?
Not always. Many clinics should fix the profile and pages first. Ads make sense when you need patients sooner, or for a service with open time in the schedule.
We already pay someone for SEO. Do you replace them?
Not if they are doing the job. The audit shows what is working and what is not, and we will say so if your setup is fine.
Who owns the Google profile and ad account?
Your clinic. We work through invited access, never your passwords, and you keep everything if you leave.
