Your first month: what happens after you say yes
You have read the audit and agreed a plan. Here is what the first month looks like, step by step, so there are no surprises about what we need from you and when.
The order below is the same for every clinic. The scope and timeline for your own project are written in your quote before you sign.

- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.
Read the FAQ - No patient information needed
We work on your website, profiles and settings. Patient records stay in your clinic.
Privacy policy
The short version
- First, you invite us into your accounts and we hold a kickoff call.
- Next, we scope and complete the project.
- Throughout: nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Then your first one-page report.
You stay in charge at every step. If it is not working, you can stop. See how we work.
Before anything starts
The audit comes first. We look at your clinic the way a new patient does, and send a short written report of what is broken and what to fix first. If you want help, we quote the work in writing, for one fixed price, before you sign. Everything below happens after that quote is agreed.
Step one: access invites
1. You invite us, we never take over
We list the accounts the job needs, such as your website, online profile, booking software and analytics. You add us as a user in each one, at the level of access the work needs. We never ask for passwords.
2. We check what we can see
When the invites arrive, we confirm that each one works and that we can see what the plan says we should. If something is missing, we tell you which account and what level, and we wait rather than guess.
3. Your accounts stay yours
Everything stays in your clinic’s name. You can see us in each user list, and you can remove us whenever you like. Read more in who owns my clinic website and accounts.
4. No patient records
We work on your website, your online profile and your software’s settings. We do not need patient information and we do not ask for it.
Step one: the kickoff call
1. What it is
A conversation to agree what the project is for. It covers who you want to treat more of, what makes your clinic different, what you want patients to be able to do and any rules your regulator has told you about.
2. What we ask
A few questions about your clinic, your practitioners, your hours and your booking process. Photos and anything you want us to avoid saying. Across the whole project, plan on a few hours of your time.
3. What you leave with
A summary of what was agreed, so you can correct anything before work begins.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
Step two: the fix
1. The scope, written down
The project is the one project we quoted: what we will change, in what order and for what price. Typical items are a Book online button on your site and your online profile, a tidy online profile, pages for what you treat and a review routine. Which ones apply depends on what the audit found.
2. The work, in order
We do the changes that help patients most first. A broken booking link comes before a new page, because a patient who cannot book gains nothing from a better page.
3. Larger jobs take longer
A small set of changes takes less time. A larger website build takes longer, and the timeline in your quote says how much.
4. The price does not move
The fixed amount quoted before you signed is the amount. If you ask for something new halfway through, we tell you first and agree it in writing.
Your approvals
1. You read it first
Wording for pages, replies, posts and emails comes to you as a draft. You can change it, ask us to change it or say no.
2. We flag risky wording
We check copy against your regulator’s advertising rules and flag anything that looks risky. We are not giving legal advice, and you decide what to publish.
3. Nothing goes live without your yes
That includes an online profile change, a new page, a review reply and a social post. If we have not heard from you, we do not publish.
Step three: your first report
1. One page, in plain language
The report shows what we can count today, which is taps on your booking button and booking requests, plus calls where the clinic agrees to a way of counting them. It also shows first visits where the clinic tells us. It lists what we changed and what we plan to look at next.
2. Honest about gaps
If something cannot be counted yet, the report says so. Google ended call history in Business Profile in July 2024, so we do not rely on it. See what a monthly clinic marketing report should show and our reporting service.
3. Early signs, not promises
Fixes to booking and your online profile can show up early. We do not promise rankings, patient numbers or results. See how long clinic marketing takes to work.
After the first report
1. Month-to-month care
If you want ongoing help, care is agreed monthly in writing. You can stop with 30 days’ notice and keep everything.
2. Or stop here
The project is yours either way. Your domain, website content, online profile and accounts are already in your clinic’s name. Anything licensed from a third party, such as fonts, plugins and stock photos, stays under its own terms.
Questions owners ask
How much of my time does it take?
A few hours across the project, mostly the kickoff call, your photos and your approvals. Monthly care takes less.
What if I cannot get access to an account?
Tell us. We will walk you through inviting a user, or help you find who set the account up.
Can I skip the project and start with monthly care?
Usually the basics are worth fixing first. If your clinic is already in good shape, we can talk about starting with monthly care.
What if I do not like the draft wording?
Say so. We change it until you are happy, or we leave it out.
Who will I talk to?
A real person who answers your email.
